Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for **Facebook, What would you like to automate? ** (“hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”), run and managed by EdgeVerve Systems Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Edgeverve”)

1. Duration: The Contest will run from 28 May, 2019 to 31 June, 2019.
2. Participants are encouraged to come up with original ideas and update their comments on EdgeVerve’s Facebook page. Any person entering the Contest shall be deemed to have done so voluntarily and accepted all the Terms and Conditions governing the Contest.
3. In order to be eligible for this contest a participant must also download AssistEdge Community Edition before providing their entry on Facebook.
4. Any entry made under the aegis of this Contest should be in the spirit of this Contest i.e. to understand the AssistEdge Community Edition and provide new ideas to encourage automation in this space. Any views provided under this contest shall solely be representative of the participant. Participant should read and be aware of any community guidelines and policies applicable to the applicable social platform before entering the Contest.
5. Ten (10) Winners would be announced each week from all participants entering the Contest. The winner will be decided on the basis of the number likes his/her entry receives on Facebook. The top ten entries getting the most number of likes on Facebook will be chosen as winners for a given week. In total there will forty (40) winners spread across the Contest.
6. In the event there is a tie between winners i.e. same number of likes have been received by two or more participants, then, a winner would be chosen on the basis of the time at which a participant posted the entry on Facebook. In the event, there still happens to be a tie, then Edgeverve reserve the right to choose a winner. All decisions made by Edgeverve will be at its sole discretion and final in this regard.
7. Winners will receive a voucher from Flipkart worth Rs. 1000/- each.
8. The winners will be announced on Facebook and will be asked to verify their email id. The voucher would be sent electronically to the email id within 90 days from the Contest end date. A participant by participating in this Contest agrees and consents to provide his/her email id to Edgeverve or its third party vendors, to enable Edgeverve to contact the winning participants and communicate with them in relation to this contest.
9. Each winning entry is eligible for one voucher of Rs. 1000/- and the voucher will be awarded once per download of AssistEdge Community Edition, where a participant chooses to make multiple entries.
10. The voucher is non-transferable and time bound. Please read the email to carefully to download your e-voucher.
11. This Contest is wholly and solely run by Edgeverve and there is no partnership between Facebook or Flipkart or any third party merchant and association is merely incidental to where the Contest is hosted or the kind of prizes awarded.
12. Edgeverve reserves the right, at any time, without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions, or to replace, wholly or in part, these Offers by other offers, whether similar to these Offers or not, or to extend or withdraw them altogether without assigning any reason whatsoever
13. Edgeverve shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the merchants with respect to the Vouchers and the Participant hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of this Contest. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Edgeverve shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the voucher awarded or goods and/or services provided under the Voucher. Edgevere specifically disclaims and shall not be responsible for any lost profits, data or business, or for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
14. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India, irrespective of whether any other courts / tribunals have any concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
15. The decision of Edgeverve in all matters in connection with and incidental to the Contest shall be final and binding on all persons.
